RQCstats.py: merge DW ITS data on lib name instead of seq unit

Sometimes RQC seq unit names are missing in the data warehouse, causing RQCstats.py to not be able to merge group names into the jamo/RQC data. I changed RQCstats.py to merge pool name on seq unit but merge all other ITS data on sample name instead. I also added my jamo_report.py to this repo.
