WIP: NMDC mods DO NOT MERGE

This is still a work-in-progress.

So far these changes do the following.

  • Use special images for various steps
  • Remove dollar hack for basename in spots
  • Add some metadata to the WDLs
  • Compute cmzscore in the split and pass it through
  • Reduce number of tasks in several subworkflows
