By adding repositories (a.k.a projects) to jgi-wdl-pipelines, you are providing a WDL workflow that is clonable by the scientific community.
There are two options to add your code, create a repository directly within this sub-group or provide a link pointing to another repository.
I. Create a project here under "jgi-wdl-pipelines"
From "jgi-wdl-pipelines" click on "New Projects" and select from the "project URL" pull-down menu: "official-jgi-workflows/jgi-wdl-pipelines".
II. Link projects to "jgi-wdl-pipelines".
-
linking a project (needs to be another gitlab repo)
Similar to symlinking, you can share a repo with a group without moving the original location; assuming the original is in gitlab.
-
exporting a project (can be from github, bitbucket, etc.)
You can also export your project from any version control repository into a group, like "jgi-wdl-pipelines".
