Bump version to 5.2.2 and

  • Added TMHMM version to decodeanhmm version.
  • Each module outputs its tool's version info.
  • The gff_and_final_fasta_stats.py output gets no routed to its own log file.
  • Fixed bug that caused the HMMER version to be empty in the TIGRFAM GFF file.
  • Removed last newline from /usr/bin/time format.
  • Removed tee usage so that outputs get only routed to their respective log files.
  • Thread throttling from the tRNA module.
