create ci/cd that runs an exemplar blast wdl. I want to have the test data get pulled from /global/cfs/cdirs/jaws/www/test_data or more specifically, through wget https://portal.nersc.gov/cfs/jaws/test_data. Maybe the wget should be from the first task.
