gitlab will be patched on Fri, May 23rd, at 1pm due to a security release.
Upgraded gitlab to 17.11.3 on May 23rd. The SSL cert on library.jgi.doe.gov:5050 was also renewed. Please reach out in #infra if you run into any problems.
